One thing worth saying plainly, because it saves a conversation later: everything we sell is domestic play equipment. It is not certified for unsupervised use in a public playground, and if that is what you need, we are not the right supplier.

- Quantity. The unit price moves with the number, and the number is the first thing to tell us.
- The mix. A quote across several lines is usually better than several separate ones, because the delivery works out differently.
- Timing. If you need it by a date, say so at the quote stage. Our normal handling is 24 to 48 hours and delivery is 5 to 7 days, and we will tell you honestly whether a date is achievable rather than take the order and hope.
- Delivery. Included in the quote for the whole order, not added per line.

No. Everything we sell is domestic play equipment and is not certified for unsupervised public playground use. We would rather tell you that now than after you order.
Do bulk orders carry the same consumer rights?
Statutory consumer rights apply to consumer purchases. Business-to-business orders are governed by the quote's terms, which we put in writing before you commit.
Can I get samples before a large order?
The practical route is to order single units first at the shop price; we will note it against your quote if you go ahead in quantity.
