How quickly do you reply?
Usually within one business day. Include your order number if it is about an order and we can pull it up straight away.
Can I phone you?
Yes, the number on this page reaches our international call centre. For anything involving an order, email is faster because everything stays in one thread.
Where is my order?
Check the tracking number from your shipping email first. If tracking has not moved for more than a business day, email us and we will chase the courier.
I have not received a tracking email yet.
Tracking codes are issued when the parcel actually ships, which is 24 to 48 hours after you order. Check your junk folder, then email us if it still has not arrived.
Can I change my delivery address?
If the order has not shipped yet, yes. Email us immediately with the order number and the new address. Once it has shipped, the courier delivers to the address given.
Can I cancel my order?
Yes, at no charge any time before it ships. After delivery you still have your 14 day right to cancel under Irish distance selling rules.
Can you help me choose between two toys?
Gladly. Tell us the child's age and the space you have, and we will give you a straight answer rather than a sales pitch.
Do you answer questions about assembly?
Yes. Most of the range assembles in minutes with the included instructions, and if you are stuck we will talk you through it.
